About Our Facility
We proudly provide a state-of-the-art facility to offer you the highest-quality dental care possible. It is one of our top priorities to protect your well-being, so our office meets and surpasses all OSHA and CDC standards. We're confident that you'll feel right at home in our office as all patients are treated like family here.
Making Appointments
If you'd like to make an appointment, contact our office
by calling us or by emailing us. Appointments are available and welcome, especially for new patients. We also facilitate communications and emergency calls.
Financial Options
We are more than happy to submit all insurance forms on your behalf and help you recover the most from your benefits. We are participants in Delta Dental Insurance. For other carriers, we will file claims and accept assignment of benefits.
We do everything in our power to help you afford the treatment you need. For patients requiring major work, a complete payment plan can be designed with an appropriate payment schedule. Forms of payment accepted by the office include check, cash, and all major credit cards.
About Our Cancellation Policy
If you're unable to make your appointment, we ask that you please provide at least 24 hours' notice. We ask for this advance notice so that we can offer the appointment to another patient. A fee may be charged if you do not show up for an appointment without sufficient notice.
